Nonagenarians Felicitated

Chandra Rajeswararao Foundation for Social Progress (CR Foundation) old age home residents who have crossed 90 years of age were felicitated.
CR Foundation General Secretary and Ex MLA Sri Palla Venkat Reddy felicitated the freedom fighter Sri Edama Ramireddy garu who is walking healthy and active beyond 101 years of age.
Senior journalist ABK Prasad garu who has recently celebrated his 90th birthday living in the foundation old age home for the last 23 years.
B Venugopal, Paladugu Sitadevi, Balamma, Elineni Satyanarayana, K. Sumitra Chowdary, Vaidehi, Muvva Guravayya, Parvataneni Leela Kumari, Jayapradamba, Eswaramma, Subbalakshmi, Dr. P Saraswathi, P Sampurnamma garu were welcomed by CR Foundation Secretary, PJ Chandrasekara Rao, Ex. MLC, CR Poly Clinic Director Dr. Koonamneni Rajani, Women Welfare Center Director Josya Bhatla Kalpana, Old age home advisory committee members Rajendra Rao, Dr. Mandava Gopichand, Women Welfare Center Member V. Lalitha, Mallampati Venkateswara Rao nonagenarian Ashram resides were felicitated.
Treasurer of CR Foundation, Old age home director V Chennakesavarao presided over the meeting.
Retired Professor B Venugopal spoke and said that having been at the CR Foundation old age home for 22 years, due to the peaceful environment here, he was able to write many books along with his wife Dr. Ranganayaki.
On the occasion, the nonagenarians spoke and expressed their gratitude for the services provided by the Foundation that they are living in this old age home, that their life span is increasing. The family members, relatives and friends of them spoke and thankful for the services provided by CR Foundation. Expressed gratitude for the foundation providing the affection and facilities that even their family cannot provide.
Poems written by Dr. Saraswathi and Tammareddy Tanya on people above 90 years have been read and listened by Ashram resident P Bhaskara Rao.
