On the occasion of the 153rd birth anniversary of the father of India, Mahatma Gandhi, a grand tribute was paid at HOme for the Aged, CR Foundation in Kondapur, Hyderabad.
CR foundation president Dr. K. Narayana and General Secretary, Sri Palla Venkata Reddy, Ex. MLA, garlanded the photo of Mahatma Gandhi and paid homage. On this occasion, they recollected and remembered that on 2nd October 1999, under the auspices of CR Foundation, beyond politics, the Home for the Aged was inaugurated.
As such the Home is now 23 years today since the inauguration of the old age home.
Cr foundation secretary Sri Chennamaneni Venkateswara Rao, Treasurer Sri V. Chennakesavarao; Old age home advisory committee member Sri Somuri Tukaram, Sri Rajender Rao; Old age home residents Freedom fighter Sri Ramireddy, Senior Journalist Sri A. B. K. Prasad, senior actor Sri Kakarla Satyanarayana and others paid tributes to Mahatma Gandhi with floral offerings.
