Home for Aged 26th Anniversary Celebrated

Ants will fight till the end even though it becomes into two pieces. That is the awareness, consciousness and above all determination. If that is the case why human beings who are most powerful than any creature with their knowledge, should not struggle against all manifestations of injustices in society.. They should not be silent spectators. Hence many leaders like Chandra Rajeshwera Rao have fought against injustices and writers, poets through their writeups etc.” stated ,Nagesh Bheemapaka, justice of Telangana high court.. He has also expressed concern that inequalities in the society are increasing into many folds and human relations are also breaking day by day.

He was addressing as chief guest,26th anniversary celebration of old age home of CR Foundation at Indrajit Gupta Hall on Sunday. The meeting was presided over by Syed Azeez Pasha, ex MP, vice president,CRF. Meeting was also attended by Palla Venkata Reddy,ex MLA, general secretary, CRF,K.Ajoy kumar, vice President, PJ Chandrashekara Rao, secretary,CRF, V.Chennakeshava Rao, Treasurer,Dr Kunamneni Rajani, Director, Health center, K. Ramakrishna, ex MLA, executive member, CRF have attended. On this occasion the leaders have paid tributes by garlanding the photos of Gandhi and Chandra Rajeshwera Rao.

Meeting also observed two minutes silence to express condolences to the demise of Suravaram Sudhakara Reddy ex MP, honourary president, CR Foundation and members of old age home. Prior to this leaders have garlanded statue of Chandra Rajeshwera Rao. Later Dr Rajani handed over the the award received for her medical services to the Foundation.

Justice Nagesh Bheemapaka while further addressing has stated that there are several eminent personalities are in Old age home.They have served the society in many ways. They are living gods , he described. There are persons who are not able to look after their parents.He has pointed out that Karl Marx has stated long back that all human relations are economic relations. While heaps of coins are pouring but many are becoming poor. As his own father used to taste the life of prison extent of ten days per year as he used to protest against injustices. He has also suggested that this CR Foundation can be extended to the area of ten acres of land.Finally he has assured that his cooperation will be extended in order to improve and increase more activities.

Palla Venkata Reddy, general secretary, CR Foundation while explaining the activities stated that amen are being trained in embroidery, stitching and computer work etc. Library is renovated and digitalised and at present library named after Suravaram Sudhakara Reddy. He has assured that library will be further developed. There were many improvements in medical services and recently dental services with more updated technology have been started.

Syed Azeez Pasha,, while rendering presidential remarks stated that the life of CR has influenced many. He used to think twice deeply every issue and find out solution . He used to work relentlessly for solving the problems of people. Though he was not having command on Hindi language he used to speak in Hindi even with southern people apart from or therm people. Azeez Pasha has reminded that at the time of Telangana movement,he used to discuss with student leaders.

In the meeting T. Rajender Rao, Tammareddy Tanya kumari, members of advisory committee were also on Dias.
