Children's Library inaugurated in CR Foundation:

Even though we are able to get as much information as we want through Google or Internet, Manasu Foundation members Dr. Mannam Venkata Rayudu said that even though we are able for as much information as one wants to go to the library and read a book, the mind will be happy. Mannam Rayudu who was present as chief guest on Saturday inaugurated the Children's Library at Neelam Rajasekhar Reddy Research Centre (NRRC) under Chandra Rajeswara Rao (CR) Foundation in Kondapur, Hyderabad. NRRC Director Dr. T. Suresh babu presided over. Convener K. Ajay Kumar welcomed. In this program, prominent social workers Dr. Vasireddy Ramesh Babu, CR Foundation President Muppalla Nageswara Rao, NRR Center Director Dr. T.Suresh Babu, members Dr. B.V.Vijayalakshi CR Foundation Treasurer Chenna Keshav participated. After the program, prizes were distributed to the students. Dr. Mannam Rayudu spoke on this occasion, even though libraries are not so important, before 50 years, libraries will be the resting place and knowledge centers for humans. Currently, information can be easily obtained through Google or other search engine. Life today has evolved a lot more than 50 years they say. Not only great people like Bhagat Singh, these computer digital books have been given to the girls to get inspiration from today's generation people. Reveals that they have digitised nearly three billion books so far. Dr. Vasireddy Ramesh babu speaking, once in Kothagudem, they used to conduct Balotsavam in a very traditional manner. Reminded that Telugu children will come from cities like Delhi and Bangalore to this ceremony in which about 15 thousand children below 25 years will participate. In 1950s and 1960s, libraries in villages used to be knowledge centers for people. It is said that not only adults and youth but also women are active in taking books and reading. Although the number of libraries has decreased nowadays, it is said that a special library is needed to develop reading habits among children. They said that children will get mental cheerfulness by reading. It is said that knowledge is only in books. Dr. Suresh Babu suggested to read books to grow as a human being. Muppalla Nageswar Rao speaks and said that libraries provide support for the development of children. From astronomy to geography science will be in libraries. Human relations in the present society have decreased due to book reading decreased, love and affection have thinned. It is said that by reading books, the endangered human values can be saved. It is said that CR Foundation is going to be set up in Andhra Pradesh. Dr. B.V.Vijayalakshmi speaking and said that NRR Research Center has already set up a library building. It is said that the library will have agriculture, finance, politics, commerce and other information. Suravaram Sudhakar Reddy reminded that he has gained immense knowledge by reading books. She suggested to the students to make the habit of reading books as well as writing. Children should also learn to write diaries.
